ANALYTICA
We are a Canadian ag‑tech startup that fuses satellite imagery, climate projections, and machine‑learning into detailed land‑suitability and crop‑yield reports delivered in minutes. At 30 m × 30 m resolution, our platform lets clients explore a field’s historic performance, future climate risk, soil profile, and topography in one interactive report, achieving 89–95 % yield‑prediction accuracy for major crops.
We launched in April 2024 after recognising that farmland deals were closing faster than traditional surveys could keep up. By turning our PhD research on predictive modelling into a service, we replaced weeks‑long, boots‑on‑ground scouting with unbiased, data‑rich analysis that arrives in minutes. Our workflow levels the playing field for farmers, realtors, insurers, lenders, and policymakers alike.

Liam Graham
Co-Founder
Liam leverages his background in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science to manage LandWise Analytica’s digital infrastructure, and technical systems.
Aman Bhullar
Co-Founder
Aman is a PhD Candidate at the University of Guelph and leads the development of LandWise Analytica’s AI models for crop yield prediction.
Patrick McMillan
Co-Founder
Patrick is a PhD Candidate at the University of Guelph researching optimal cultivar selection for a given environment, and oversees business operations.

In early 2025, our co-founder Patrick McMillan took the stage at the World AGRI-Tech Summit to share the idea behind Landwise Analytica. What began as a bold pitch has since grown into the mission that drives us today.
